Gofuso is a villa built over a period of ten years by the Terada family, a conglomerate, on the site of a new teahouse owned by the Ogabe family, lords of Kishiwada Castle.

The garden is a large 7,000 square-meter garden with a circular path through the grounds. The pond in the center of the garden is beautifully floated with water lilies, and other elaborate masonry structures can be seen.

If you ask in advance, you can rent a teahouse. If you visit in advance, you can rent a teahouse.
