The National Bunraku Theatre was established to preserve the traditional Japanese art of Bunraku.
The five-story building houses a 753-seat Bunraku Theater with modern facilities and a 159-seat Small Hall, where a wide range of genres are performed, including Kabuki, dance, traditional Japanese music, and popular and folk arts.
